The location is a short walk to both Millbrae.BART and Caltrain and even a stop for the SamTrans 292 bus to SFO. It was perfect for my overnight stop with dinner in the city and getting to and from SFO. This is an old-fashioned, city-motel--style property thoughtfully updated with new bathrooms, AC/heat units, TVs, and modest but comfortable furnishings, They provide good quality, metal water bottles for use during your stay, a nice touch. This is a far cry from a marginal, similar property I stayed at in a small Eastern city a few years ago. There is a pleasant, small, outdoor space where I had a conversation with my daughter. We had the space to ourselves in late afternoon. If I were staying longer, I would consider taking one of the rooms with a balcony. Although they do not serve breakfast, the coffee shop they recommend and provide a fifteen percent discount for is the real deal with two chefs working the grill to prepare a good range of made to order egg dishes, pancakes, waffles, and the usual fixings from fresh ingredients.

Well, that may be one of the best values out there. While checking in I talked with the receptionist that we had pretty rough stay two nights before. She acknowledged it and put us in the furtherest room that would be calm and comfortable for us. Much appreciated. The room itself was absolutely great. Clean, comfortable, spacious, good facilities. Jus amazing! The location next to SFO made it a bit far from city centre but it was pretty easy to get there. The hotel is not offering breakfast but they recommended great diner not so far from it and even give a discount to use there. Overall a great great experience! Also, bonus points for TV channel that airs Top Gear 24/7! I will be back there while visiting SF!

This is a super cute boutique hotel. It's extremely convenient to the bart (3 minute walk with luggage). It's just one stop from SFO airport. It's a very walkable neighborhood with a walgreens nearby and I even walked to trader joe's one night walking through the multitude of restaurants. It's very near a long stretch of Asian restaurants and also very cool retro diners. The location is just great. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was a desk to work at and it was extremely clean and felt very safe. The front desk staff in evening was fun. I forgot his name but he sold us on the very cheap happy hour. I would totally stay here again.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to help me find a place to store my 11 foot paddleboard overnight. And the place just has such a unique elegance and taste for a small hotel, artwork, mix of old and new, a cute little area outside for sitting by the water fountain. And relatively quiet for where it's located. And I like that they try to be so green, offering use out of metal water containers to refill after filtered water station. Nice free parking right next to the entrance.

This was a great place to stay the night before a very early flight. Parking made this easy, and I could fill up the gas tank nearby before returning my rental car. The hotel had a happy hour, and drinks available, and looked like a fun place.. I came in late and left early so couldn't take advantage of anything. They offered water bottles for sale in the room which was a nice touch in case you forgot yours. It's a cute affordable place and I'll look for Dylan hotels next time I need to stay over.
